Hatch builders is a construction and property development business which specialises in extensions, renovations and new build properties.
Owned by Simon Hatch and his family, their projects are all unique with their own quirky characteristics.
They strive to fit our projects to their surrounding, and so extend and build houses that are befitting of the setting & surrounding area. Simon & the team feel that every project lends itself to a different design, and it's all about getting a feel for each development in order to create individual products.
The empathetic way that Hatch Builders handles each project works to ensure the final product becomes an asset to the area.

Simon is our founder. After building his first home at 23, has continued on to create groundbreaking top end developments in and around Bath.
ELECTRICIAN & BRICKLAYER
OLIVER HATCH
Oliver, our qualified electrician and bricklayer is a hardworking member of the team and is always happy to help.
SENIOR CARPENTER
WILLIAM HATCH
William deals with all the carpentry work, following meticulous drawings and precise measurements.
PROJECT MANAGER
JASON KING
Jason, our project manager handles day to day site management. Having started at Hatch Builders in 2020, Jason has developed multidisciplinary skills in building.
DESIGNER
LISA HATCH
Lisa deals with the interior design of all of our properties. She has an eye for colour schemes and quirky furnishings.
