BATH

LANSDOWN

2013

Completed in 2013, the Lansdown project is a five bedroom property built in the style of an Italianate villa. Located in a Grade I listed area, it took one year to gain planning permission and involved archaeologists, tree protection orders and the relocation of a sewer.

The house is finished with acute attention to detail, both inside and out. Classic features such as arches, rubble walls and detailed Bath stone work sit alongside state-of-the-art internet technology, underfloor heating and high specification interiors.

Highlights include exposed Bath stone around the stairwell, marble finishes in the bathrooms, and slate which covers the outside guttering so the drains cannot be seen. This property broke sales records for a newly built property in Bath by a significant margin.
